For more than 30 years, Chickasha’s “Festival of Light” Christmas season lighting display has been a beloved holiday destination attracting tens of thousands of visitors each year from across America. More popular than ever, FOL was recognized this past December as USA Today’s #2 of the 10 Best Public Holiday Lights Displays in the United States.

To add to the Christmas Town reputation of Chickasha, the Chickasha Community Foundation initiated the creation of a complimentary “downtown” park by dedicating Phase 1, the Arts Plaza, in November, 2022. The Arts Plaza, funded by $1.4 million in locally sourced donations, instantly became a destination stop for tourists from across America and has exceeded all expectations.

Now, we embark on funding for completion of the remainder of the downtown park to fulfill the dream for residents and visitors of every age.
