GRADY MOVES
102 East Chickasha Avenue
PHASE ONE
The Arts Plaza, co-developed with the University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma, was completed in November 2022, featuring the "World's Largest Leg Lamp". The pop art sculpture was created, designed, and constructed by Chickasha citizens. The Arts Plaza also includes the park headquarters, visitor center, and the "Tracks of Time" water sculpture by Archie Held.

PHASE TWO
Now in 2025, plans for "Grady Moves", a community wellness hub, are finalized and funding is being pursued. Grady Moves will include a new 14,500-sq-ft building with a gymnasium, farmer's market space, classrooms, demonstration kitchen, educational garden, and multipurpose space. The outdoor area will have equipment for both youth and adults and walking trails.
Grady Moves will serve as an open-access, free, and welcoming space for all residents of Grady County.

WHY INVEST?
Prospective Donors all have history and/or vested interests in Chickasha and Grady County, Oklahoma. Phase 1, the Arts Plaza, has already attracted significant local and non-local investment in the downtown business district and throughout Chickasha, exceeding $10 million. More investment is being planned.
Phase 2 will make the downtown park family friendly for the benefit of current residents, new residents moving to our area, and our tourism visitors. The park will be easily accessed by traditionally low/moderate income neighborhoods in our community.
Chickasha is geographically located 45 miles southwest of Oklahoma City metroplex and is experiencing significant
growth for the first time in decades. The downtown park will enhance the quality of life for the increasing workforce and their families currently living and re-locating to Chickasha and the surrounding communities.
